Riozid is an antituberculous combination of Rifampicin, which is bactericidal through inhibition of DNA -dependant RNA polymerase in susceptible cells and isoniazid which acts against actively growing tubercle bacilli .
Composition :
Each capsule contains :
Rifampicin 300 mg
